ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE – Arrival from 13:00 hours, departure no later than 10:00 hours

PARTIES – Parties are not allowed. No large male parties or groups of young persons are accepted, as the apartment is not suitable for these sorts of groups.

PETS – We regret we do not accept pets, accept guide dogs.

SMOKING – We are a non-smoking establishment and smoking is not permitted on the premises.

OCCUPANCY – There is a maximum occupancy of 4 people for each apartment.

RESPONSIBILITY OF HOLIDAYMAKERS – Holidaymakers are kindly requested to leave the apartment in a clean and tidy state. Holidaymakers are responsible for any breakages or damage to the property.
